Site Privacy

By default your FigMayo site is available publicly. To restrict access to just members of your FigMayo team use the Permissions tab to set the access level to “Private”

1. Open the Permissions tab in the admin site and set the access level.

Team Access

Members of your FigMayo team will always be able to access your FigMayo website. You can control who can publish & view your site by assigning them the appropriate roles in the team management screen.

NOTE: Each team member must have a Figma account. To give access to users who do not have a Figma account read below.

Password Protection

Basic password authentication can be set up to allow team members who do not have Figma accounts to view private FigMayo documentation sites. To enable password access follow these steps.

1. Enable password protection in the “Permissions” tab
