Syncing Libraries

Using FigMayo is simple. We take your Figma libraries and turn them into a browsable documentation web site, organised around your library structure. The first step to getting setup is to sync your first library.

NOTE: Your library must be published from Figma and you need to be on at least the Figma Professional tier.

Sync your first library

After you have signed up to FigMayo your first documentation site will be created for you and made ready so you can add your first Figma library.

1. After creating an account, click ‘Add Library’.

2. Paste in your Figma share link and click “Sync library” button

That's it! Our syncing engine will now do all the heavy lifting to organise your documentation pages and host your website.

Adding more libraries

Often Figma projects will be organised across multiple Figma libraries. To setup many libraries in your project follow these simple steps.

From the admin app

1. In the “Your site” tab for your existing FigMayo site click “Add library”

From the plugin

You can sync a library directly from your Figma file using the FigMayo plugin. Set the plugin up following the steps here and then hit the “Sync Styles & Components” button.
